You will be working directly with both of us throughout the process. We live and breathe the industry and are tied in to the Associations and Networks that keep us up to date on the latest industry changes. 

 

Searching for your location, you will be assisted by us, not by some local broker who is just looking to make a commission. We have negotiated hundreds of leases. Our unparalleled experience in site selection and negotiations comes from 25 years of expertise as both a landlord representative and retailers.  

 

As for training, you will have hands-on training in one of our high grossing operating stores, not in some random classroom. All training is done side by side with our managing member/store owner. In addition to that one of the managing members will come to your store the day before opening and stay for opening day, giving you peace of mind when those first customers come rolling in. 

 

We will also hook you up with lifetime support. This does not mean calling some 800 number, this means having direct access to our managing members where you can be guaranteed speedy if not immediate attention.

Our managing partner has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. With your assistance, he  will scout for locations and negotiate your terms to find you the best location and the best deal. We do not hand you over to some local broker that knows nothing about the industry.

FROM DESIGN TO A FULLY OPERATING STORE 

Choose from one of our 3 store designs. We will personally work with you from the moment you get the keys to the day you open. Our store set up crew will build your store while our I.T. Company sets up and networks all your equipment. It couldn't be easier 

Local Business Partners

ON SITE TRAINING IN A LIVE STORE

Training will consist of 3 to 4 days on site at one of our Managing Partners Stores. This is not in a class room looking at a monitor but in a store handling live customers and learning all the equipment and services you will be offering. But even better is that our Managing Partner will spend 2 days at your store as well.
